Scheduling an appointment
Treatments and consultations are by appointment only. We recommend booking your appointment in advance, particularly on weekends. There is a $25 deposit for treatments up to 30 minutes and a $50 deposit for treatments that are 60 minutes or longer. You will receive a reminder email and/or sms message 48 hours prior to your consultation or service as confirmation. Scheduling an appointment acknowledges acceptance of our cancellation policy (see below)
Appointment Preparation
Please shave areas prior to laser hair removal services. There is a $25 shaving fee for unshaved areas. Please wash face/remove all makeup before facial appointments.
Arrival time
We recommend new clients to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to fill out required paperwork, apply numbing cream if necessary and answer any remaining questions before their treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling is free if you notify us 48 hours before your appointment time. You will be refunded your deposit upon cancellation. Please be aware there is a late cancellation policy in effect that deposit fees are non-refundable.(see Scheduling Appointments)
When making an appointment, please let us know if you are pregnant, have any health concerns such as high blood pressure, heart conditions or allergies and if you are taking any medications or using any topicals. We will tailor your treatment accordingly.
Health Considerations
As a courtesy to other guests, please turn off your cell phones or other electronic mobile devices prior to your arrival.

Children Welcome
Gift Certificates to Simply Skin are non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from date of purchase. They can be purchased in person and via phone or email for a specific treatment or in any dollar denomination. A gift card is not replaceable if lost or stolen and should be treated as cash. When redeeming a gift certificate, please let us know during scheduling. Certificates must be surrendered at time of redemption.
